Hi my name is Wendy - I have a room to rent in our home which will suit a student. I am a 52 year old woman and have beautiful cats named Elijah and Nicklaus.

I have hosted students for more than 5 years so I am used to opening my home up!! I would love to hear from you.

If are looking to have meals provided I am able to cater for any lifestyle/dietary requirements including vegan meals.

I am 9 km (13 minutes by bus) from the University of Canberra, 17 km from The Australian National University (ANU) and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. I work in the City Centre next to the ANU campus.

My home is located on the Belconnen Golf course area is peaceful and picturesque and my neighbours' are friendly, helpful and sociable. There is visitor parking in the street.

The property is a 10-minute walk to Holt shops, a 20–30-minute walk from Kippax and there are bus stops close by.

I am recently hosted an international student from Brazil (male 21 years old) who is studying Mathematics at ANU.

I subscribe to Netflix and a basic Foxtel package if you like watching flicks.
