3 bedrooms apartment locates in most popular suburb (Bruce) in Canberra. We have local shops, cafe, restraunants nearby and frequent public transportation as well - 10 mins by bus to Civic (Australian National Univercity) and 5 mins to the Belconnent shopping centre. Walking distance to the Univercity of Canberra.

The room is furnished with a single bed, study desk and huge wardrobe, and high speed unlimited wifi included in rent. Meals can be provided for extra fees and it can be discussed.

Our guests will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, laundry and the bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.
