Large, single furnished bedroom, laundry facilities. all meals (breakfast lunch dinner) all utilities, (gas, electric, water), included car space.
Meals will be varied and favourite and cultural foods will be satisfied if required.
If we have two boarders then you will share bathroom,, else it is single use only.

intial $ cost for new bed linen and towels. Take sheets, duvet and pillows and towels with you when you leave. Or bring your own.
Pay one week bond and rent in First payment on first day is $ bond and $ rent. Can pay monthly if preferred.
